@Mizmazzle Stand by Me is my favorite movie of all time. My dad and I must have watched it together a hundred times before he passed, shit twenty years ago now. Super sentimental. My 40th birthday was during Covid lockdown and my wife rented out an entire theater for a private showing. Blew me away. Now five years later is the 40th anniversary of the film so the cast has been on a Stand by Me live tour, showing the movie and telling stories about filming, River Phoenix, Rob Reiner, etc. For now my 45th birthday, wife got me VIP backstage passes.

I married well.
