I have just returned from family holiday in Florida, something we have looked forward to for years, we had a great time!

It's the first time I have been to the US as an adult and the kids loved it, they spent half the first day giggling at the fact that people do actually talk like they do on American TV programs Not sure if they thought the accent was just an act or something!!

I'd like to say what a pleasure it was to be around American people. Genuinely surprised at how polite and friendly people are. Particularly if someone accidentally stands in your way for example, and restaurant guests leaving as you enter "enjoy your meal". Small things, but something we see less and less of in the UK. Americans still seem to have a good grip on what is right and wrong and how to treat people.

Being from the UK, we typically holiday in Europe, and for me at least, European countries always feel a bit like alien land. However much I might like the people, they don't feel like "our people". Totally different feeling in America, they are clearly our people. We are the same.

I think the "Special relationship" is something to be proud of and hopefully treasured by us both in the future.

Can't wait to go back. God bless America!

Just received the indigo version while on holiday in Florida (from the UK). Mailed to the hotel and I have to say this CPO is amazing and quite probably my best iron heart piece. As soon as I’m out of this Florida heat and back in the UK I’ll be wearing the hell out of this.

my Iron Heart love has been reignited recently having lost of good amount of weight I put on during covid and since.....

I feel much more like "me" now and have celebrated that by obsessing over iron heart and emptying my bank account multiple times in the last couple of months buying from IH direct, Rivet & Hide and snapping up a few pre-owned items.

It is just wonderful gear. You just cannot beat anti fast-fashion high quality clothing.

There is one of these left in my size..... Tempted to pull the trigger.... but.. I have shirts heavier than this (i'm sure most of us do) I like the idea of it for spring/autumn etc but I wouldn't like it to feel too flimsy..

What do the folk who bought one think of the weight?
