Did anybody size down on this? I'm consistently an XL in IH shirts with the occasional exception and I feel like this might be one of them….considering sizing down to a Large for this one.
I didn’t only because a 20.5-21 shoulder fits me best and with this being a 6oz short sleeve I felt it should fit a bit more like a leisure shirt so I’ll be happy with it relaxed. Worst case I hot dry and bring it down a minimal amount

I definitely should have sized down on this one! On the fence about returning it… anyone here in need of a Large? Tags still on, just tried on in front of the mirror at home. Would sell for the retail price and cover shipping (same thing as returning it but maybe could make someone happy in the process haha!)
Luckily I have the long sleeve one coming my way so my wabash goals will remain fulfilled

Did you also order the long sleeve in large? From the measurement chart it looks like the long sleeves are cut a bit smaller.

Yup! I got the LS in large which looks like it will be perfect.
Honesty this shirt has potential with a hot wash, but I don’t want to chance it. The fabric is so rad though.

I downsized to L in this and XL in virtually all other IH tops. i’d say it fits slightly more snug in the arm holes, arms, and chest compared to the XL chambrays but body length is perfect. XL would have been too long for me.

I’m in the exact same boat as you but one size smaller. The only other short sleeve I have is the pinstripe chambray from a few months back, and that fits absolutely perfect in Large.

The big boys def lucked out with this one. I seem to have found that 3x is the perfect sizing for me in IH button ups, if not a touch big giving more of a relaxed fit. I think if I sized down it would be in that slightly uncomfortable range where it’s not “just right.”
And to get to the point - I have given mine a quick rinse in cold water and a hang dry to see if even the negligible shrinkage mentioned in the details would occur. Will report back once dry.
If my s/o didn’t tell me I don’t need two of the same shirt I would have gotten the long sleeve as well

3xl after a cold water rinse and hang dry. I’ll probably hit this with a hot soak for the first real wash when the time comes but aside from a bit of longer short sleeve and extra belly room I think I’m in love. I did cuff the sleeves to bring them to where I like.

Ha! Thanks. I honestly never know what to do with myself in photos. So you get how i stand 99% of the time.

Got this shirt last time but it was a tad too smol. Picked up the next size bigger this time around and it’s great. Love it! Love wabash!

To double check; it sounds like shrinkage matches what the product page says about it being negligible. Anyone else have another experience? Normally I wouldn't ask but there's one post in the beginning of this thread with a solid half size shrink from the pre/post measurements.
