It's been a long time since I last installed a car stereo. I must be getting (really) old, because I'm not enjoying it at all.

Crunch Time.
When I was in Japan, I had a lot of long talks with H. One of the stickiest issues is that we have maxed out the 21oz loom and also the 18oz plus denim factory. So increase production will require a step change/investment.
We are running one Toyoda loom 24/7/365 just making 21oz indigo selvedge denim and we can't make enough. We need to work out whether we need to double up.
The factory that makes the 18oz plus jeans is at capacity. Haraki has already put 3 new machines in at his cost to try and fix bottlenecks, but it is a band aid. To jump to the next level we need to effectively commit to giving the factory another 500 jeans per month (we would pay a monthly minimum however many we made). I think we can do it, but for the moment we're talking 14-16 week production lead time. I want to get that down to 6-8….
Oh, and we will have bought the factory within 2 years. That's all agreed....

That is awesome G, not on the production lead times (something I am intimately familiar with in my job), but that business is so good that this is an issue for Iron Heart. Testament to the quality products and service provided by all you guys worldwide.

Seems accurate about now. And amazing you're doing 24/7/365 and still can't get enough out. Super tough/exciting problem

I found this on an old hard drive and have been wanting to use it. This seemed as good a time as any.
