my 634s, 9634z, and 634sb have been at self edge getting hemmed and repaired for weeks now and i've only been wearing my SR's.  now that i have the WT's i really cannot wait to get my jeans back.  that is all.

I have really bad news! I shipped your pen out this morning and was taking a look at it before I put it in the mail and saw two defects in the acrylic!! I am pretty sure the marks are from the clips in the case. (I am actually waiting on new custom cases with soft interior) Sometimes when I turn the pens they get hot and soft… I must have put it in the case too soon.

The really bad part is I cannot get another piece of acrylic like that so I cannot even make you a new one. I went ahead and put it in the mail as is and refunded your total amount paid via Paypal. You can have this pen "on me". I hope that this is acceptable.

I really take the quality of my product very seriously, and if I could get another piece like this I would have made you a new perfect one.

I hope that you will give me a chance in the future.

a hint for 25oz owners:

Button/unbotton your jeans couple of times before starting to use them/put them on. That way possibly you can loosen the buttonholes and surrounding fabric a bit. Might make buttoning easier…
