Got a roofing job this weekend in town. Definitely a few temps higher and not as breezy as where I’m at, but close enough to the water for a dip afterwards.

@endo a lot as in temperature? Not by much on paper, just a few degrees. But you can feel the difference & it’s absolutely noticeable depending which part of the island you’re on. It’s also humid & voggy (volcanic fog from Hawaii Island) which makes a big difference with how hot it “feels”. Hits different on different parts of the island. In higher elevations as long as there’s wind, it’s ok. Lower & no wind it sucks big time.

A weekend at the country house that started off well but ended in the local emergency room this sunday. I managed to tear my right biceps tendon. Sawed down a few trees for firewood for next winter. Lifted a log that was way too heavy and bang! All while dressed in style, of course!

Surgery/repair scheduled for Friday. Fuck me!
