Recent chatter in one of the snap back threads with an IH patch sewn on. @Matt suggested New Era blanks and I searched for a blank NE x Carhartt one- I have a couple Ravens ones. I didn't find a NE Carhartt blank BUT Carhartt makes blank flat brims of their own for $27. I also found a beanie color that is Electric Indigo. So I had to grab one of those too. Both will have IH patches sewn onto them. I think I can hand sew them on if I take my time. I can update when I do.

IH caps are rare. They can never find the right hat supplier. The hats they use aren’t selvedge or duck or even made in JP. Stick a patch in your next order and buy a $25 blank cap on amazon. Hats for everyone.

I've got a 20th Anniversary IH hat, black wool and MIUSA. I wish I knew where the blanks are from, I absolutely love it.
