@goosehd thanks man! Second for me. Sadly, my daughter, Aurora Blue, passed away shortly after birth from a genetic kidney disease no one saw coming. She had such a huge impact on my life, though. I’m grateful to be celebrating 365 days of sobriety today - she has been my motivation….

My take is that life should be celebrated regardless of how long or short, and I'm always amazed at how impactful even the most brief of lives can be. I'm glad to hear that she's inspired personal strength in you. We had a very similar situation in our family and I feel you brother. Take care!

Was the site-wide increase in pricing announced anywhere?

@Sir_Cuffs-a-Lot, I think you just happened to be looking whilst I was looking at some options on the phone with a Canadian retailer. Our pricing is set in USD alone; we have fixed exchange rates with the other currencies we accept on the site, including CAD (which I assume is your local currency). The reason we do this is so that stores around the world do not need to update their prices daily as the USD and their local currency fluctuates.

The current fixed rate is extremely outdated with the actual USD/CAD rate (1.235 vs an actual of 1.36).

We need to bring this closer in line with the actual Fx to maintain pricing parity between retailers around the world. We will be sending an email out this week with full details and timelines

Haha, sorry mate. I know it will not be ideal for you Canadians, but the good news is that it swings both ways, so as and when USD/CAD shifts back down, we will track it back down too

Edit: we just just finished purchasing our yearly Caribbean vacation package in USD...definitely not in our favour.
