BMX legend David Mirra dead.
Suicide.
Generally shocked at this.So sad. And very shocking.
Just watched the film "Concussion" and joined the dots and it seems plausible that Dave Mirra was suffering brain disease, possibly CTE, from a lifetime of hard crashes which contributed to his mental state leading to his suicide.
What an absolute legend. Heartbreaking

some weeks ago when a blue bag was delayed (was routed a totally wrong direction within Germany, what would have caused a delay from Friday till Monday, maybe even Tuesday), the impatiend part in me, went and made a call to the U.. service, claming that I would need the sending for a very important shooting (waywt pics ::)) till 9am the other day…. 30 min later a call back from the hub, asking to confirm my address and if I would be available to sign for the sending in the morning... blue bag landed as requested...

Wanted to buy a nail-file today. So I left the house to go to a drugstore. Somehow I missed the store (I think they moved to a different location) and walked through the other side of my hood. Well, I found a Shop with Chippewa Boots and Pike Brothers Clothing + other things for men. Walked into the shop and talked to the guy behind the counter. The shop is just 5 minutes from my home, so I offered him to go home to pick up some IH stuff and show the stuff to him. He was blown away by the quality and details. Now he wants to gather the forum. Hopefully they will stock IH
I said, they should start with the new 14oz denim, because the 21oz could be to special for my hometown/neighbourhood. Let´s see… -
