Tamales are masa (corn flour) with meat inside, steamed in a corn husk or banana leaves.

My opinion:

Mississippi delta tamales are perfection.

We sent them to the trons because there isn't much cinnamon candy in the UK. We have some other friends there that always get a kick out of the cinnamon stuff we send them.
