I've never seen Star Wars, and I've never really wanted to. But, when I got drunk this Saturday I kinda "traded" Star Wars to Game of Thrones. A friend of mine promised to watch GoT if I watched Star Wars. Fair enough. Except that she'll get an awesome experience haha..

Anyway, what movie do I start with? The first, chronologically, or the..first?

@spitfiredealer is so right. In fact, watch 4-6 first. Then read the plot synopsis of nr.1 online, then watch 2 and 3.

Or, do what I would do.  Go to the pub instead.  Never got into Star Wars, never understood the hype.  @Madame Buttonfly  tried to get me to watch them a few years ago, I have never seen such a load of outdated shit in all my life.  They may have been groundbreaking at the time, but that does not mean that they're any good in todays paradigm….

Was someone calling you a Knob by sending you a lovely bottle of bourbon, or was someone just sending you a lovely bottle of bourbon (Mrs snowy used to send me tea-bags in the mail, go figure)?

Yes, I think so.  This is what the knob wrote to me…. 😃 😃 😃

That was me. I was going to send something hard to find in the UK but reading the customs & excise laws gave me a headache & sending it unmarked & hoping it went undetected seemed a bad idea. Then I saw Knob & thought, "Knob. Giles. Eureka!" Or something like that. Anyway, slainte!

If you're absolutely committed to this, and I don't think you should be, then watch Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back and Return Of The Jedi.  The others are utter crap and a complete waste of 6+ hours of your life.

And feel glad that you got the easy end of the deal; she's stuck watching 40 hours of mediocre tv.

With every episode I see, I get more and convinced of it indeed being mediocre and drawn out…

There's only one way to watch the whole thing, and it's NOT chronologically. And you skip most of the boring bits!

Just read that and it gave me a semi lob-on. Roll on the weekend.

Does anyone know if it's possible to have tonal stitching re-instated to the inside leg of a pair of jeans?

                                        Tonal stitching:

Full leg taper carried out on inside leg seam resulting in loss of tonal stitching:

Has anyone had this kind of work done? Is it possible?
