Why do people doing service jobs, not provide the proper, polite service they're being effin paid for… It's not always as easy (I speak from experience), but still...

I have (almost) infinite patience for customer service people, having worked in restaurants for so long, but rudeness is where I draw the line. You can eff-up and be dumb all day long, but cop an attitude, and I lose my patience real quick.

I'm having parcel woes too.

Ordered up a rather expensive graphics card for a PC, and it's disappeared somewhere into the ether. I've tried my neighbours, and no-one has taken the parcel in.

Of course, I was in at the time it was allegedly delivered, but no-one knocked on my door…

Those are pretty inexpensive, if I remember correctly their either $1 for single or double, and come in packs of 5 that are less than $5.
