I have a Dell PC with a blue tooth keyboard and mouse, but have lost the USB blue tooth dongle thing.  Will a blue tooth dongle do the job?

First, condolences on having a Dell.

Second, unless it's ancient, it probably has Bluetooth natively and doesn't need a dongle. Unless its not actually a Bluetooth mouth and uses some other radio band.

Third, yes, any Bluetooth dongle should work with them if they are also Bluetooth.
