Is the structural thread used in the over dyed garments smaller or of a lighter gauge than that used in the regular denim pieces or am I smoking?

And yet again I am more convinced that these will be the only lighter weight jeans for me… The broken twill Oldblue & cos I got yesterday have a ridiculously low rise... Just two inches more and they'd be absolutely brilliant... Already sold them at cost to a mate but still... Just can't wrap my head around low/ medium rises... Simply can't...

I considered that as an added dimension to the HWDC2, if anyone would rather enter a jacket….but I hate complications.
Although, as a stand alone contest it would be great, and would mean that you could dedicate yourself to 2 comps at once
