@den1mhead - Viberg sent an email out last week regarding the future of their manufacturing, and it didn't sound like an "increase" in quality to me, but instead allowing "more sustainable" resources to be used - I read it as "quicker building process" (ie. cork filled soles, goodyear welts, etc), but I am uneducated on what is better or not in terms of footwear manufacturing.

Perhaps that means engineers go against their new practices due to the increased need for leather materials?

So Viberg are out of the engineer boot game / market, for reasons that are clear to Viberg only. All the more market share for Wesco  edit; and other engineer boot manufacturers
