so if I'm correct
36(inseam)-13=23
9.6(knee)-8.6(hem)=1
1(taper)/23(lower leg)=0.04
i want them around 32 inches of length so 36-32=4
so 4x0.04=0.16
and the hem would be 8.76? have i done it right?
