EDIT: figured while I'm here I might ask a question, @Alex. I know the 634 run a little more comfortable in the top block than the 666, but I've always wondered — are there any specific measurements that will give a good idea of the room in the top block? Maybe this is obvious, but does the 634 get a bit of that from what looks like on average about an extra inch in the thigh?

Just about to send my beauts off for some TLC at SESF 

Consistently the first IH item I reach for. These have been such a joy to wear over the years! Stoked for when you get some, @popvulture. I dig the 634 cut (21oz & 25oz alike) and it's a welcome change from my beginnings (IH-301S & IH-666S). I liked those but now I prefer more circulation to my extremities

Can’t wait to try em! I could definitely go for a little extra circulation haha… my 666 XHS have just now broken in to be super comfy, but it definitely took a hot, uncomfortable minute 

Those things look amazing though, man. I’ll be happy when my XHS gets to that level of wear. Some properly earned shit right there

Those wearing both the IH-634-XHS, and, the 634-S (21 oz), do you wear the same size in each?  Size down, or up in the 'XHS'?

The standard XHS is the same denim as the XHSib, with the exception of some black dye. It essentially behaves in the same way.

I didn’t have one yet. 634 is my cut since my thighs don’t fit in the XHS 666 and I need room for the engineers haha.
I can’t wait for them to arrive. My 634 OD suffer from moving houses at the moment…

The 634 is my fave cut (need that room for my thighs, too) and I love the XHS version even more. Bummed I can't wear them rn as they're due for a repair on the button holes at the fly. Would love to see some fit pics when you get them in, @Dmart!
