The fitting (this is a used version)

We like to match this Natural Double-Prong with a Rough-Out Engineer Boots. They perceive a very rugged style and added 'heaviness' with your flannels and jeans.

Is the double-prong on these a single mechanism? As in, do the prongs move together or can they move independently?
