How I Isolated This Afternoon:
Locally brewed Pale Ale (the brewery is called Bådin and they are in the shit because of the virus, 50% of their market is bars and restaurants and they are all closed).
In lieu of watching The Redmen clinch the PL as they surely would have done today, I made do with the a re-run of the classic 4-1 victory over some shady club from Salford at their crappy ground from 2009. I will never tire of watching Nemanja Vidic getting his pocket picked my Torres and promptly falling an his arse. Looking at his face, I think he enjoyed being taken from behind with speed and precision [emoji15]

I had a rather splendid day at work… It started with the eerily quiet streets... Holy cow I love a good pandemic virus... Then the store's parking lot: it had ONE CAR IN IT... ONE... Quiet in the shop as well... We managed to re-stock everything, and I had a good go at cleaning (and disinfecting) as much as possible... Then had a triple dry hopped 10% IPA and went home
I think I am going to miss this once regular life starts again

Too hot outside to keep on gardening so I’m isolating in my room lying around with IH 724 browns as my only company besides an Ipad.
Bolivia will go on a 14 day enforced quarantine by midnight Sunday so I expect to post more ‘around home’ pics in the following days

Today is the last day of spring break for my family and as I’ve already shared with a few, it’s been a rollercoaster. We cancelled our trip to WV to stay in StLouis and after a bad day at work (management refused to give us PPE), I found out our home loan allowance was to be cut by a large amount. A little stressful seeking as we’d be eating a lot of our cash reserve but doable. Then Friday night I hear I wouldnt have work come Monday. Was completely gutted and essentially in a bad way.
Saturday was hard, but then in the evening our BOD decided to keep as many anesthetists on staff as they could but with half salary. Not great but compared to the prior 24 hours, a Godsend. Will cover our bills but not much else. A little more hopeful today, also realizing we are f’ing fortunate, and am very thankful.
Today has been a day of keeping busy from games to the Hobbit trilogy, to walking the park. She’s been a trooper.

I´m isolating myself, as i do 365 Days a Year, I´m not that social anyways, for work I have to go out and sometimes meet people as I do, like scooter, Constrcution which isnt a Home Office Job, It feels hella weird to be one of the view people out there ???

@Anesthetist Sorry to hear! The best career move I ever made was leaving a role in hospital administration (Veterinary). Too many bullshit decisions made on numbers instead of how it affected people.

Since small businesses are getting killed, my wife and I are trying to buy more from local spots. Today I made a run to a couple of (kinda) nearby places to stock up.
And since I'm working from home for the foreseeable future, I set up a more long term place to work. It's not ideal, but it could definitely be worse.
