That's a great backup plant to the TP, as once the stores here in the U.S. are wiped out of food, spinach will be the last thing on the shelves.
I was at Trader Joe's this morning 15 minutes after they opened. They were 75% empty on all frozen shelves, and i overhear 2 employees stating that they bet they will have to close today by 3PM due to a lack of inventory. Yesterday was their second busiest day in history. The U.S. is in an oddly scary time where many people are basically confused as to what to do next.

. Still discovering photo options in my Iphone…this one used ‘portrait mode’. Seems to focus ok on the head/face (portrait mode, dummy) but shirt and trousers are left fuzzy. Wish it would show the beautiful herringbone pattern. Oh well. -
