Will anyone be in London on Thursday yet? I am thinking about a day (and night) in London prior to the IH party. Popping in @Danny RnH , a beer (or two) in a nice pub, dinner or something like that… would love to go to an indian restaurant, I love indian cuisine but we don't have any good ones in Austria.

Yep, that's London.  This is Gos Vegas…. Set up in 1968, which is amazingly early for an Indian restaurant in UK......

The Dog Tag machine broke and will cost USD2,000 to fix…..So that won't happen.

We are continually on the lookout for a replacement one, but they are pretty hard to come by in UK.  And they weigh a ton, so shipping from further afield is an issue.

We have over USD1,000 in chains and tags here, so we need to find some way of using them.

There will be an anny T and a mug....

I'd have expected Indian food to be prevalent for years there based on colonial history and the fact that one of my first Indian meals was out in the Cotswolds somewhere as a kid. I ordered a cider and they let me have it. I didn't understand that it was an alcoholic beverage.  could eat Indian every day and it would be my best bet if I were to become a vegetarian.

I really wish I could join y'all. There in spirit.

But seriously, a mallet and something you'd want to emboss like an IH bell logo cast in a hard metal could be a low-rent way to make something cool out of the remaining tags.

Edit: well I suppose it would have to be a far simpler shape actually.
