Lumbar spondylosis prevents me from doing squats, so this will have to do.

Keep this up @jdwaid and you might need this link

@Bridger the slim cut is definitely a bit tighter these days

-
@goosehd you might do this already but make sure to wear a weight belt for heavy lifts. My spine and discs are totally worn down from years of heavy deadlifts and squats. If I knew then what I know now…
-
@goosehd you’re a smarter man than I. Keep up the good work

My best belt and recommendation if you don’t have one is the SBD lever belts. Thick and stiff to brace against. Absolutely love them!

Yeah lever belts were a game changer for me when they first came out. I also wear a soft belt underneath on heavy pulling sessions.
-
Gives you an extra layer of support and are designed to be worn under lever belts.
Cerberus make a great Neoprene one.

Hit a diffferent milestone this week.

Great work

@1WayTrip appreciate it brother

@goosehd thanks! The first 200 or so activities were exclusively mountain and road biking when I lived in the Pacific Northwest. Then when I moved to the Midwest I still rode my bikes seasonally but added in a few hundred yoga sessions and walks to heal my back. The last 300 activities or so have been mostly weight training. I've been on Strava a little over 10 years now.
