Yeah for sure, I have had orders that took much longer than IH does to ship.

To be fair, we have extremely fast shipping and good rates, we can deliver goods anywhere in the USA faster than most US based shops can deliver to a couple of states away, then of course you have time from order to dispatch on top of that, and we strive to get things out in 1-2 working days at the very max...

@Daniel-San we shipped yours on the first working day after you placed your order, we are pretty good at what we do, but we cannot continge with German customs, as I am sure you are aware...

kept it for 21 daysWith border force

This one of the reason I brought both of my model 10 from Iron Heart
I could have order it from US
itโs a high item ticket.
Canโt risk it with customs to save few hundred pounds. Or the customs charges will be very hefty

@Kasi I had ordered it as a VIP and in my email they said they would ship it when it releases on Feb. 1st. They are now saying shipping today or tomorrow but I have a trip soon and would love it before then

@Alex I am lucky with IH UK orders: I was apparently the first order for the Model 10, but it was in Copenhagen the day after I had ordered it!!
