Great fit!! I love this cut so much.

Interesting that you feel like it’s similar to the 666, though. I have never gotten along with the 666 and have to size up one or two to even be able to fit in them. In my experience something about the back rise and thighs makes these fit completely differently. Maybe like a 634 with a higher back rise.

Funny you mention the rises and you're spot on (as usual). These do feel a little different in that regard and I think you nailed it with saying its like a slightly higher rear rise 634. It's just enough for me that the rear stays put when i sit or bend over, unlike on my one pair of 634's which have a tendency to be pulled down from similar movements. I think I gravitated to saying it's more similar to the 666 than 634 top block mostly because of the narrower overall width at the hips.

Its a geat cut for sure. To me it feels like a 634 with a higher back rise and a slightly narrower knee measurement.

@yannis thanks buddy… yeah I love the way the 21oz just get worn, and you don’t notice the wear until BOOM! There it is. And the way the cut is the wear patterns are really nice. Tight whiskers, but big, aqua-diamond honeycombs.

I would have posted in the appropriate thread but it’s been locked due to inactivity (I get it, it’s been a few years since there’s been any chatter). So can we please get the Boss Cut 463 page unlocked and discuss the absolute miracle that will transpire Spring 2025.

I just shat my current pair of 463s knowing I’ll be able to get a fresh pair in the most wonderful hope that can befall a yank living in these uncertain times….

Back in Oct 2023 one of the hachioji sales associates told me the 463 was coming back soon after he noticed I was wearing a pair. Hope they also come back in 25oz. Guess soon was a little longer than expected but glad to see them finally!

Is it coming back? I have been on the hunt for a tag 38 for a year now and nothing. A couple popped up at ebay from a Japanese seller but they were hemmed way too short. That will be a dream if the cut appears again. It's my favorite cut by a big margin
