@Boyo Great fit, I got a L and it's slightly too long in the sleeves and a bit baggy. How much shrinkage if any would you say you got from your warm soak? I'm debating exchanging/selling mine, not sure I will get enough shrink from a soak.
I dont think it shrank all that much… here are the current measurements, I didn't measure before the soak tho, so I can only go by the size charts..

Sorry for the crappy quick fit pics, I'm so on the fence about this one. I think its just a bit too roomy and long. So disappointed, the jacket is a beauty!
Hey, I don't have this particular jacket but I did get the Kuroki denim jacket last year. When I got it, the sleeves were LONG. I had to cuff them back just to have them not go past my wrist, and that was something like a 2" cuff. So I did, and I wore it, and I washed it and dried it, and then it got to just about the perfect size.
I'd have to see it in person to know if it's really too big but I have a feeling that you probably sized correctly and you just need to wash/dry it to get it to shrink a tiny bit to be just right. And try throwing a flannel underneath it and see how that feels/fits.
Try cuffing the sleeves. Don't unbutton them, just fold the sleeve back. See how that looks/fits.

Ha! My willpower is pretty low when it comes to some of these releases. When I see that it's blanket lined, I just stop fighting it. Blanket-lined SJ anything would wreck my wallet.
Speaking of products I wish SJ would release…There's this brown shirt that Mike? was teasing on his IG before the pandemic really got going. It looked so good! I don't know what happened to it:

@SEAK Kid I can why you are on the fence. It looks like you are just wearing over a t-shirt in the pics, so layering could help. As @Jett129 stated, you may get some shrink with a hot wash and dry as he did, but Arthur also likes to wear his clothes roomier than many of the rest of us.
I think the cut looks great on you in your photos, but if it feels too roomy in the body, once it softens it will only become more evident that there's too much extra material where you don't want it.
I'm not an expert by any means, but there's my opinion.

@jordanscollected It’s the close to 50 years of beer drinking that necessitates sizing up and wearing things a bit roomier than I did in my younger years. You may not notice it but the beer belly is there.

Thanks for your email. Unfortunately, with that specific Townes shirt we won’t be putting it into production. There were issues with procuring the material to have that specific color, and there’s only the one sample, that Mike has worn in our instagram posts. Thanks for your inquiry.
