The melton wool shackets were an old school IH staple. There were a few iterations but they haven’t been made for a while. Check out the «Extinct» gallery or trawl the forum for the og threads.

I just went through the extinct section. A few things that have been suggested in the 'what do you think we should make' thread have already been made, like trucker hats and a sherpa type III. Must be irritating for Giles when he reads these suggestions  I know I asked about a sherpa type III before but didn't bother looking. This was well before me discovering IH of course.

it’s their work shirt but it’s slimmer. they came out with two versions, I believe, and the other one was super boxy. I missed out on the green version

@mister_m  thanks for the info. I’ve yet to own a TFH shirt and I think it’s going to have to wait until I’m in a bricks and mortar place as I can’t really get my head around the cuts and will need to try them on. It’s a beautiful colourway on yours.

Acronym J28-e. Love how they patterned this jacket to have no seams at the back or shoulder but to still have a good fit and mobility. It's especially nice in rain gear to minimize seams.
