Fair point, but it's kind of upsetting especially when I paid 400+ for these jeans…

Occasionally little issues do get through QC, that is sort of thing is so difficult to detect.  It's also possible that it has happened during transit or since you have had them.  If it is really a significant issue for you please contact us directly.

I wore a samurai for the Hdc for 2 years with a button like this and it didn't fail me.

That's what happens when the waist of the jeans is to small and one in forcing it to stretch (ether through wearing or mechanical impact), IMO.

and is it just me, or do little 'imperfections' like that button, just make the jeans more unique and appealing?

Anyways after asking around it seems that other folks have had this happen too with other jeans so I'm not too concerned anymore.  Cheers!

No apologies necessary. As soon as I saw the email, I checked the web store, and there were no 34's in stock. Not sure how much time elapsed, but it wasn't long. You were quick!  Good for you on getting a pair - enjoy them! mpp
