I'd vote for the one on the right if you WANT to cut your hair…IMO you also can leave them as they are,though shorter (like in pic!) would look better IMO...

Short sides and longer top would work beats, at least then you could do some style or let it fall.

that hairdo is ok, short sides and and longer on top. just let it be properly longer and comb yer hair backwards.
