Notice the many creases in the sleeves of the Medium.  This indicates that they are more than long enough.  A pic from the side would be helpful in judging the length but it looks good from the front.  In my experience, IH flannels don't shrink noticeably when washed at 30deg.

Say the ones I prefer the most are the tightest fitting ones. The looser cuts serve a purpose (like laying over a heavy long sleeve base in the winter) but the slimmer fits are easier to wear with most pants, especially slimmer cut pants.

If you already have a L in the cookie, maybe keep One medium for a chance of changing it up?  For me, I don't like the washed out look, so I know mine see a washer very infrequently, and a dryer even less often, plus, I always get mine to get above original Measurements with a warm iron.

It's all preference, but just my two cents.

How exactly do you do that?

Sorry, my phone spaces things weird - I just meant after I use a warm iron to smooth out my UHF s after a wash they have always measured "larger" than they did when new.

@Max Power My size L 127 V1 came out of washer measuring P2P 22.5 (after a line dry) and with a warm iron it's currently at 22.8 FYI, i have gotten significant sizing increases with it.

I just picked up a green from SE. So soft. I'm glad to have a UHF in my rotation again.

This is what came out. I simply love how the UHFs feel and the red colour is absolutely awesome!
The sleeves are a lil bit to long but after one wash it will fit perfectly!

Exactly. I love the new sleeve length too. All my shirts became a tad shorter with frequent washing so a little bit more length in the beginning doesn't bother me at all. Looks fine!

I'd read somewhere on the forum, but can't find it now that @Giles was going to attempt shrinking the sleeves only.

                                    Was this done successfully?

I've noticed Giles opts for a XL over his usual L. Why for this shirt and the other UHFs?

                                          I'm a chest 41.5

The L size almost seems like a bastard child but it's there and I'm not sure if I should go L or XL.

Sometimes it's just one variation in measurement that means G has to size up, and that variation may not be an issue for you. I think these came up slightly shorter than other shirts for example.

I check chest, then length, then shoulders. Generally I can go 57-59cm in chest, 75-79cm in length and 48-50cm in the shoulders. Anything outside of those parameters is likely to irk me in some way.
