If we stick with the GK, I'm going to move the arm zippers.  When I originally conceived of the GK, I wanted zippers, but I wanted them very unobtrusive, so I put them at the back of the sleeve.  Worked a dream when we made the GK out of Goat, but in the HH, they are really fucking annoying where they are  ??? ???

And where are you thinking of moving the zippers?  I'd suggest the sides, because front placement is rather annoying, too.  Actually, I'd suggest just leaving the sleeve zips off entirely.

What’s the point of this?  Do to do this with all the leather jacket samples?

It's actually Italian veg-tanned.
I think we'll retain the zippers, but put them here:

No significant changes in color or feel of the leather, just sped up break in time?

And you're a size 44, right?

It went like cardboard, seriously stiff, but after a few hours wear today, it's softened up a lot.  No noticeable change to color.  I was really just experimenting to see what would happen and how it would form to me….

Very, very nice jacket G… great work and what an amazing leather. How is progress with the with the deer hide shirts?

You will see the first sample of the deerskin shirt in Japan in a few days, it is being sent to me from Simmons Bilt on Monday.  We've made it out of a less expensive leather to test the pattern, but you will get the idea

I don't post much  That jacket is great and I love the color, love it.  Count me in.  I'm straight, but $20 is $20 so that should work for me in Philadelphia.
