No wonder why my order is not ship today.

When the Outlet re-opens, we may have some short shipping delays. We want all our Outlet customers to receive the same care they would when ordering from the main Iron Heart website, in fact because Outlet items are either non-returnable or returnable for store credit only (no refunds) we'll need extra time checking orders and sizing before we ship. So please bear with us if your Outlet purchase takes a little longer than usual to leave us. -
We got 5 times as many orders on Wednesday as a normal day. Almost every order we process, requires us to communicate with the customer. It takes time (even for pros) to process this volume of orders. Just because a customer orders in the outlet does not mean we care less about getting the order right…
And the more emails we get asking us "what is going on" and "why have I not heard from you", just diverts us from getting on with querying, measuring and shipping.
