@ARNC correct, this area is the main BBQ area that we use every two or three weeks for team events during the summer. We wanted to make that space useable even in inclement weather, hence the pergola. That is what is listed as "CORE AREA" below.

Now we have this area sorted, we are going to be moving onto the rest of the plan above, with some tweaks I am sure. More to follow then

Now we have this area sorted, we are going to be moving out of the warehouse and into a permanent outdoor drinking/BBQ setup. It is possible that the customer service will be somewhat impacted, but we might be able to occasionally send junior staff members inside to do some work

BBQ last night was unreal! The type of food was “basic bbq” by the super high standards Alex has set on the Joe but the quality and taste was as always next level!

Merguez sausages, lamb Kofta and cheeseburgers!
