It is a blessing that Derek, our main UPS driver, has a sunny disposition.  He turned up yesterday afternoon, little knowing that on top of dozens (how many did we actually ship yesterday @AdamC ) of direct customer shipments, @Graham had sorted and packed 36 large cartons for retailers…....

Today was/is our Christmas party.  After secret Santa and dishing out a heap of beautiful dried meats that a ridiculously kind customer sent to us, we went go-karting.

Someone knows me very well (though, I am a tad transparent) - thank you whoever you are….

Tonight, we have a meal in a private room at a local restaurant.  We have all tested negative today, all have at least 2 jabs, so feel reasonably safe.  And frankly, I feel so desperately sorry for the hospitality business (no fiscal help is being given to them at the moment, but the Government has basically said Christmas parties should not happen, so restaurants and the like are basically fucked, just when they thought things were getting better), I really want them to have our business.  Yes it's a calculated risk.

The only pics I took of our social last night.  It has been a busy SS22 so far so the crew let off some steam last night and got our competitive juices flowing.  Started off with some mezze at a local Lebanese restaurant, Leilamezze ( @Madame Buttonfly  may have some pics of the food) and then headed over to The Guildhall Village for some beer, darts and shuffleboard!  Great night with the crew
