Went to pick Tomatoes in the veg garden, and saw this:

So thought I should convert into jelly, in the UK we call these Crab Apples.  So here is the crop, 12lbs from that tiny little tree:

Beats, Giles, you should put a IH food from around the world cook book together, with recipes taken from IH members some of the dishes posted would seriously give the likes of Jamie oliver, Rick Stein, James Martin and many more established chefs from all over the globe a run for their money!

Beats, no worries about that…just makes me realise just how rubbish I am a cooking  :(.  Mega does most of the cooking in our house
