The more you make, the easier it is to maintain a reasonably consistent temperature during incubation.Straining. I want the consistency of a Greek Yoghurt......

You don't need to retire to make yoghurt, I did it in parallel with cooking supper......

Life goals.....
Baking bread, making yoghurt, bit of vegetables in the garden, couple of hens maybe, walking with a dog at quiet beaches… yeah something like that are indeed my life goals
