Edit: apologies for not plating…by the time everything and one was ready, it was as if a tornado went through. The girls made scalloped potatoes and corn whilst I grilled the steak and cooked the morels.

Is is. 7 litres of milk The more you make, the easier it is to maintain a reasonably consistent temperature during incubation.
