Mike, I do like it that you just come on here and throw out opinions for a lil' debate. However, I would say that it's the 21oz that really sets IH apart from anything else in the denim world. The softness and sheen is unlike anything else out there and the resulting fades are so different from Sammies, TFH, SDA etc etc.

I like natural though. I'm not into additional processes like singeing, calendaring, and sanforizing. After seeing the 21oz in many different states and owning the 18oz, there is no need for all the processes, when its super soft after a week of wear. However, I do get, how people like Sanforized fabrics because most of the shrink is out.

Hey Mike- what do you think of the other unsanforized IH denims, like the 19 oz and the 21/23 oz?

I suspected that was going to be your answer.
I've only seen the 19 oz in real life, but it's really nice stuff. I like both STF and sanforized denim, but you definitely get a different look and feel with the less processed fabric.
