Can't stand the haze condition in Singapore now. Can't see shit, and I can hardly breathe.

And the current Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) is currently at 400!!!! 100 - 200 Unhealthy, 200 - 300 Very Unhealthy, 300 & above is actually labelled as hazardous. Singapore has never been this bad before!!!! We are way way way above the healthy level!! GOSH!

The worst thing is that the 3M N95 respiratory mask is sold out islandwide!

Now sure what is happening in Indonesia now, but I hope the fires would stop for the time being. It is getting out of hand!

Started last week Gav, and hajduk is right. It is due to the forest fire over at Sumatra, Indonesia. It is the season to burn their plantation again, and the farmers just won't stop. And I believe the government is doing anything.

It is really insane. The whole place looks like a scene in the WORLD WAR Z movie.

Yea Finn, the next highest record was in 1997 at about PSI 260 +/-.

It hit PSI 401 at 12pm which was insane.

Back to the OP tho, just because it's made in China doesn't make it bad, nor does it being made in the USA make it good. There's slave labour and minimum wage issues globally….Mega had a really good rant about this the other day...
