@goosehd it looks worse than it is really dented wing and new bumper required mostly it’s just rubber marks from the bus tyre
If it wasn’t for a passenger getting off the bus and leaving a note on my windscreen it would have been a mystery

Gave it a bit of a run down this morning after filing insurance / police / bus company reports

@Brian It’s scary though how much it will actually cost to repair. A few years ago, a truck similarly sized as mine was coming in the opposite direction on a narrow bridge and our two mirrors touched. His remained in perfect condition and the mirror broke in mine…

We chatted and he asked if we should trade insurance paperwork, contact info, etc. I didn’t see the point because how much could a mirror cost. Big mistake as the damage to mine ended up being around $2000 dollars…lesson learned that even the simplest of collisions can cost a bit for repairs.

It will be a few thousand that’s for sure glad I pay for insurance and the bus company has already admitted liability, I just hope the police actually charge the driver with hit & run as a lesson really

@Indigo-Alchemist I'll take your duck and raise you a Tailgunner. No clue how those spots got on there as it was in a clothes bag (but some other heavier bags stacked on top). I tried to smooth it out, but created the surrounding darker area. Unsure if I can embrace the character or not. I guess I'm NOT a natural leathers guy though lmao

@don_pipone 100 points. It was a Easter present but the wood is really bad quality and instead of precasted water slides it came with a rubber foil at least it’s done now…

@Indigo-Alchemist @anodyne it was my turn today. I put my shirt on the back of a chair when I was out (somewhere I’ve been hundreds of times with no issues) and discovered red had transferred from the upholstery to the inside of the shoulders and collar. Still there after two washes but reducing (and mostly on the inside so the shirt’s not dead. Still annoying though!
