Always an advocate for The Bruery.  They're in Anaheim, well, Placentia, so you might even be able to sneak in a trip to the tasting room, if you try hard enough.

Aside from what Seul and Chris have said; Rare Barrel, Sante Adairius, Pizza Port, and The Lost Abbey all make great stuff…

I'm crazy about this beer… You can still find it, despite it being from 2012, cause it was expensive (11€ for a 25cls bottle)...

It has SO much barrel character, it's just astonishing...
