Looking at fridges again… If I lived alone here, I'd have bought a second 185cm one already...

My collegue is moving in the street next to mine... She has a cellar, has no intentions of using it, but she's a Muslim... I'm still trying to convince her to let me keep beer there... I don't think she realises I'm SERIOUS...

Long bitter aftertaste (dark, pure chocolate taste). Rich and creamy. In short: FUCK YEAH!..

starting the evening with a couple of mikkeller american dream: danish lager, brewed in belgium trying to be an american ipa (hence the name). a fine lager imo, very fresh with quite a bitter aftertaste.

Finn: you have asked the most difficult question possible… Early 2k13 I would've said: blue ribboned CVDK, hands down... Now I feel it's only a medium bodied beer with too much licorice... I need to try a 2k12 again soon, but I must say the red '012 CVDK I had a couple of weeks ago, blew my mind...

It is also why this is how my kitchen's fridge looks like now... Beer that will be served as apéritive at my brother's 30th birthday BBQ:

Can't wait to try one again… The bottles I have were kept for one year... So ok, no big evo, but I'm still curious...

                                    😃
Last weekend I pulled this one out of the fridge. Best temperature to drink: 18°C.
I am not used to drink warm beer, so I put it back till……… I have time to warm up.
Noctus 100 "Schwarzes Geheimnis", Irish Ale, 10%.

Ah yes - quite the change in taste indeed!.. But once you've grown accustomed to it, you'll love it even more!.. Geuze is easily the best product made in Belgium…

Drink next to nothing, but selected!
                                          Thanks Seul.

So some Belgian medal winners in the WBA 2014… Rodenbach Vintage silver for best barrel aged sour... We open Seul's kitchen fridge (and I honestly did NOT just put them there!!!):

During my expensive conversation with my NC beer guy, (Michael at Brawley's Beverages) he mentioned that he has some of the Rodenbach vintage silver.  I almost asked him for a bottle, then I remembered-

Gonna have to open that up eventually…
