I think you meant Malle (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malle) … and I live 15min. drive from the WM Monastery btw... Need to try that cheese as well someday...

That's one KICKASS haul, Jordan!!!Right now, and I'm THOROUGHLY enjoying this ??? Might need to stack up on these, and keep some for next year to see how they evolve (18 month taste evolution, it says on the label)!..
