BTW Seul, I recently learned thatWelle(Belgian Town, think of Westmalle Tripel) is the twin town of Heusenstamm, a small city in my close proximity. And guess what? They have a yearly St. Nikolaus fair, where they sell Westmalle and even cheese from the monastery. I'm so going there. Can't wait to see what they sell. Try to take pics. Life is good
I think you meant Malle (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malle) … and I live 15min. drive from the WM Monastery btw... Need to try that cheese as well someday...

That's one KICKASS haul, Jordan!!!Right now, and I'm THOROUGHLY enjoying this ??? Might need to stack up on these, and keep some for next year to see how they evolve (18 month taste evolution, it says on the label)!..
