Freenote Cloth

@SKT let us know how the vagabond shorts are. Super curious about those

Does anyone have any experience with caring for Freenote's 100% rayon Hawaiians? https://freenotecloth.com/products/hawaiian-charcoal-skeleton?_pos=2&_sid=ae95d5547&_ss=r I love the print/design but never had a 100% rayon garment before. It's listed as "raw" on their website so I imagine it's not preshrunk. I emailed Freenote and they advised dry clean only due to shrinkage with handwashing. Has anyone tried washing something like this or is everyone dry cleaning them?

@FireGX Don't have an answer to your question but Naked and Famous did Hawaiian shirts with that exact same pattern/fabric. https://tateandyoko.com/collections/shirts/products/aloha-shirt-skeletons-pale-blue

@FireGX Dryclean mine just to be safe.

Just a little update on my Freenote shorts journey. Got the Deck shorts in Indigo and the Vagabond shorts and unfortunately had to return both because of sizing issues. Kind of a big bummer because I absolutely love that indigo fabric and it sucks I couldn’t make the fit work. I have to have a lower front rise (think 666 cut) and both these were just a little too long there for me. Craftsmanship was top notch and I’m hoping to find some that fit my body better down the road.

@SKT could you have had them tailored to reduce the inseam? Been looking at those also.
-
@SKT BUMMER!!! Veteran move on returning if the fit ain’t working for you tho
-
@flannel-slut how are yours working out?
-
@ZackB Dude. Love them.
-
@flannel-slut yay! They’re the best.

-
Hahahaha  sorry homie sorry homie
-
@SKT I was trying to just look the other way haha. I’m sorry neither worked out for you man. I definitely have better luck with a longer rise.
-

 It's officially RJ-1 season here in the north now that Autumn is creeping in.
 I had size XL previously but I either got some gains or it shrunk. Gave it to my father. Jackets typically get passed down the other way around heh but I am glad I could give something back.
 Got an XXL in the spring to replace because let's face it it's an awesome jacket. I was first worried that I was actually between sizes but I like the extra room for layering. Like with the CPO here.
