My eating and drinking over the festive period thus far can only be described as suicidal….this challenge cannot start soon enough for my waistline and colon.

I haven't been too happy with my intake as well… But fortunately I only need to lose about 1kg, and not a full stone...

So sod it: let's have half a litre of imperial stout!..

I thought about it again in seriousness. I don't know how you guys can put on and lose weight. I can't eat more than I eat, which means I either have to stop exercising for a week (fuck no!), or I stay the same.

It's a very interesting challenge. Strong will power to add and subtract.

No offense, Snowy, but it sounds like you're one of the lucky few with a perfect metabolism, so stfu. I gain weight if I look at bread and cake, and I looove to eat quantity–have a hard time stopping when it's good, truth be told.

None taken, that was a very polite STFU :-*. I'm Gluten Free, not overly by choice, it might be a different story if I was on bread/cakes. I used to spend my weekends baking sourdough bread for fun, had even taken baking classes!

I was about ready to go for a run just now, and then I remembered the donut I bought on the drunken walk home last night. I ate the donut instead of going for a run. I feel fantastic about this decision. In related news, my weigh-in will be primed for victory now.

Weighing in at 74.1 kgs. I'm not gonna lose a stone (obviously), but I will be watching my intake in solidarity with my brothers and sisters who're participating in the Iron and Stone challenge 2k15!..
