This is the second week in a row that I've been consistently under 180 through most of the week, only to creep back over 180 on Friday.

Well, the carbs in the bun carry a more dramatic glycemic load than does potato starch, and the fries may have trans-fats.

wish i had decided to join before the new year (i originally had planned on bulking upon inception of new year but plans changed). Then I got the flu. I'm already down 6 lbs on this year, will post starting reference point picture taken today though when i get home.
