2015 Spring/Summer Pipeline

That is a new 12oz indigo/indigo denim we have developed.  It will be used in a western shirt initially, no current plans for a shacket.  This is a sample which we have no current plans of turning into a production item (but you know, never say never).

And no, it has nothing to do with V&S, this is theirs:

i don't know if I'm crazy and overlooked it, but has there been talk about the pharaoh jacket ihw-07 at all?

Possibly, but not a single retailer, including Self Edge, elected to stock them.  I sat on the fence for a while and then decided that I had enough jackets that I have more confidence in selling coming in, so that one never made it outside of Japan…

That's a great piece, I haven't seen anything quite like it. Zipper under the wind flap on there if you look closely.

I agree that feature (and collar) makes it pretty cool/useful as a motorcycle vest.  It kind of "looks like" the 22 oz super black denim, but can't really tell.

Yeah–perhaps that red lining is that felt?

My guess would be that it's made out of Haraki's denim with flannel bonded to the back. It's something that the IH boffins have been working on. I think that there might have been a few samples, or pieces of fabric at Fish and Chips.

That is a collaboration I have done with a certain motorcycle club.  Anybody who was at Fish 'n Chips will know what I mean.

It is 21oz Superblack with a scarlet twill lining that I provided.

I like the look of the vest. Been thinking how my lefty trucker would look with a zipper (I hate buttoning up a jacket, as I use the inside pocket for my phone). Very clean look.
