I got these beautiful antique boots at the goodwill for four bucks. No maker's mark, but check out the nails and horseshoe-like things on the sole. Does anyone have some wisdom to drop on me about these? They're comfy boots, but they need a resole. Although the sole is what makes them interesting. Sorry for the crappy pics.

Not always, but they could be parade boots looking at the hobnails and the cap.
