If I re-run, I will not just take 76 (out of convenience) and stick it in a vat, but I will make an "oversized 76" which will dye down to normal sizing….

3.) decide between 99 and 76(also being made in 4X)

Don't forget the 76 will end up approx a size bigger than the 99 in any given tag size….
Thats true. There is actually a good possibility that neither one will fit me even in a 4X goddammit
For it to fit as a shirt, i would like a ptp of 24.8 atleast and for a shacket i would like 25.3ish. Fingers crossed that one will end up in that 25" range. Doubtful tho when comparing charts:
