If the cooks there are anything at all like the vegan cooks I’ve known, than she’s not missing out on anything G. I’ve had it explained to me that a vegan diet involves more ingredients and more effort, but results in meals that are actually more satisfying and nutritious. And the people who told me this didn’t just talk; they made me believe it with their cooking…
All that said she could also be at a “go to McDonalds, order a cheese burger, and tell em to take out the cheese and burger” retreat…

As always, thanks so much for all the lovely photos, the frog in the boot is adorable.
I'm sorry I haven't posted in this thread since coming back from Spain - I had a lovely, relaxing time and really recharged my batteries. Since I got back just over 2 weeks ago it has been crazy busy getting ready for and enjoying the fish'n'chips weekend, and now settling back into a proper working routine.
I feel so well and happy, and this thread is certainly a very beneficial part of my therapy!
